I have received regular Vichara sessions from Carol for the past several years. Vichara is an incredibly powerful therapeutic tool which helped me through some major life transitions. Although it seemed very circular at first, over time I peeled away many long-held beliefs that were keeping me stuck in my life. Carol Waite isn't going to force your body into awkward positions, bending your limbs in ways you never dreamed possible. Instead, she'll lead you in a practice helping you to grow your meditation practice, and help you to lengthen and release your spine through gentle stretches and movements. Svaroopa® Yoga is an ancient practice, and one that Carol does a wonderful job teaching. She leads engaging group classes with patience and enthusiasm. I've also enjoyed her private embodiment sessions, where I was able to find peace of mind and body.
